MCT is a type of fat consisting of medium-chain fatty acids.
MCT stands for Medium-Chain Triglycerides and is a type of fatty acid that is made up of medium-length molecular chains. Our MCT oil contains fatty acids in the form of caprylic acid, C8, which is made 100% from coconuts. MCTs are absorbed in the stomach and then converted into energy in the liver.
Serving suggestion: 1–2 tablespoons in drinks or food. Use in coffee, smoothies, or cooking. Adjust the amount according to taste and need.
Store in a dark, cool place away from direct sunlight.
