Price List and Sales Terms
The price list and sales terms are effective from the specified date on the website and replace previous price lists and terms. Products from this website are not sold to individuals under 18 years of age. Anew.se and Anew.health only delivers within Sweden and the EU.
Pricing and Payment
The prices shown on anew.se and anew.health are valid at the time of ordering. Additional fees for shipping, cash-on-delivery, and after-pay may apply. Anew reserves the right to change the price list without prior notice. Purchases are made via direct payment, invoice, or installment payments. Delivery Options
We deliver all our packages to your nearest DHL service point. We cannot influence the pickup location as it is managed by the shipping company.
Delivery Time
The standard delivery time for your order is 2-5 working days, counted from the day you placed your order if made before 11:00; otherwise, it is counted from the next day.
Shipping Cost
For Sweden: Shipping of 79 SEK applies to all orders under 1000 SEK. Orders over 1000 SEK have free shipping.
For EU orders: Shipping of 8,90 EUR applies to all orders under 100 EUR. Orders over 100 EUR have free shipping.
Return Policy/Right of Withdrawal
When shopping in our online store, the “Consumer's Right of Withdrawal for Distance Contracts” applies. This means you, as a customer, have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the item if the original packaging is unbroken and undamaged. The item must be packed in the original packaging (i.e., the box in which the products were delivered) or a similar box. When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you bear the return shipping cost of 79 SEK (for Sweden) or 8,90 EUR (for EU orders). If you wish to return a product package, you cannot return individual items within the package but must return all items in the package.

Refunds are usually processed within 1-5 working days, but no later than 30 days after we receive and approve the return. The order amount is refunded after the return is approved.
Complaints
You have the right to make a complaint if the individual portions are damaged (not the outer packaging). Contact us within 14 days at support@anew.se, including clear pictures of the defective item and your order number. In case of a complaint due to product defects, we cover the return shipping and primarily replace the item with a new one of the same flavor. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the cost of the item.
Change and Cancel Orders
You cannot change or cancel your order yourself. We make changes to orders where possible. Once an order has been prepared for packing, we cannot modify it.
Unclaimed Shipment
We reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling costs, etc. Unclaimed packages are subject to a fee of 250 SEK. According to the carrier's policies, the package remains at the pickup location for 7-14 days before it is returned to us. This is not within our control. If you decide to cancel after the package has been dispatched, you must collect the package from the pickup point and return it to us, bearing the shipping costs. If the package is not collected, it will automatically be registered as unclaimed and charged accordingly.
Product Shelf Life
We do not deliver products at full price with a shelf life of less than 2 weeks. Items with a "best before" date shorter than 2 weeks are sold at a discounted price.
Personal Data
All customers are registered in databases managed by Anew Sweden AB. The information collected and processed includes the customer’s name, personal ID number, phone number, postal and email address. The personal data controller is Anew Sweden AB. The purpose of processing is to manage customer relationships. The information will be processed exclusively by Anew Sweden AB and its subsidiaries. The customer has the right to access their registered personal data. If the information is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, the customer has the right to request corrections or deletion.
Klarna Payment Options
In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna.

Pay within 14 days: Payment is due 14 days from the dispatch of goods. Terms for paying within 14 days can be found here.

Account: Klarna Account is a credit account provided by Klarna, which allows the credit recipient to pay for purchases monthly with a minimum of 1/24 (minimum 50 SEK) of the total utilized credit or according to terms approved at checkout.
