Refund policy
We follow the ‘Consumer's right of cancellation for distance contracts’. If the original packaging is not broken or damaged, repurchase can be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Return policy/right of cancellation
When buying in our online store, the ‘Consumer's right of cancellation for distance contracts’ applies. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item if the original packaging is not broken or damaged. The goods must be packed in the original packaging (i.e. the box the products were delivered in) or a similar box. When you exercise the right of cancellation, you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping of SEK 79. If you want to return product packages, you cannot return individual products in the package but must return all products in the package.

Refunds are normally made within 1-5 working days, but no later than 30 days, after we have received and authorised the return. Refund of the order sum is made after approved return.
Complaints
You have the right to complain about the product if the portion bags are broken (not the outer packaging of the product). Please contact us within 14 days at support@anew.se and attach clear pictures of the faulty item and state your order number. If the complaint is due to a defect in the product, we will pay for the return shipping and we will replace the product with a new one of the same flavour, or if the product is out of stock, we will refund what you paid for the product.
Changing and cancelling orders
You cannot change or cancel your order yourself. We change orders wherever possible. Once an order is printed for packing, we are not able to change it.
Unclaimed shipment
We reserve the right to charge you the costs of return shipping, expedition cost, etc. Unredeemed packages are charged with a fee of SEK 250. According to the shipping company's regulations, the shipment remains at the delivery points for 7-14 days before it is returned to us, this is nothing that can be affected by us. If you change your mind after the parcel has been sent from us, you must collect the parcel from your delivery point and send it back to us, where you are responsible for the shipping costs. If the parcel is not collected, it will automatically be registered as uncollected and charged accordingly.
